Стаття присвячена питанням стратегії розвитку міського середовища та управління, стійкого до пандемії, щоб подолати інфекційні захворювання під час COVID-19. Такий розвиток включає перебудову нестійких міських моделей, небезпек і соціальної нерівності, щоб бути готовими до нових випадків. У цьому дослідженні ми зосереджуємось на оцінці управління ризиками стихійних лих, що допоможе розробити стійкі до пандемії міські стратегії (фаза реагування, пом’якшення та готовності) шляхом аналізу раніше опублікованої літератури.
