METHOD OF THE BUSINESS PROCESSES ASSESSMENT IN BASIS OF STRATEGY WHEN CARRYING OUT REENGINEERING PROJECTS
Abstract
It has been described metrics, patterns and approaches to business performance estimation. It has been proposed the method of process estimation in strategies basis, which allows carrying out an analysis of business processes for each strategy and determining direction of business processes changes. It has been suggested approach to designing the system of metrics for accounting of subdivision activities influence on strategy implementation. It has been considered the application example of business processes estimation method in strategies basis for small and medium enterprises, realizing business processes reengineering. The object of investigation is the enterprise, specializing in wholesale trade in Rubber Technical Products.Keywords: reengineering, business process, priority of strategy, efficiency indicators
